This radio-controlled replica of Schumacher’s F2002 could be yours… for £200,000

It has a top speed of 50mph thanks to a pair of miniature four-cylinder engines, and has even been signed by the seven-time champ

Got between £150,000 and £200,000 to spare on a weekend toy, but don’t fancy an Aston Martin Vantage or Mercedes-AMG GT? How does a 1:3 scale, radio-controlled version of Michael Schumacher’s double championship-winning F2002 racer sound instead?

Sadly there's no shrunken version of the V10 masterpiece which saw 11 victories under Schumi’s stewardship, but this little radio-controlled car does still get a pair of 53.5cc ‘F320’ four-pot engines from Pegasus. Early birds can apparently place a pre-auction bid of at least £90,000 to try and test their luck, before the lot officially goes live tomorrow morning with an estimate of somewhere between £150,000 and £200,000. Yikes. Prepare thine skirting boards...
