Goodwood Revival 2010: Modern Life is Rubbish
For those weary of today’s daily diet of ASBOs, X Factor and Euro emissions targets, the Goodwood Revival has long offered a nostalgic escape. It’s also the place to see one of the finest line-ups of classic cars in the world.
So, with that in mind, TopGear.com trussed ourselves up in tweed and headed down to Sussex to snap the likes of a mint Ferrari 250GTO and sideways Jaguar Mk1 wooing the PG Wodehouse-styled crowd.
And despite the ace motors on show, we were actually most impressed with the fully-stocked Tesco from the 1950s and the duelling Spitfires in the Battle of Britain tribute.
Oh, and the girls.
