Ferrari occupies Silverstone for Passione Ferrari event. FXX Ks aplenty

  • Ferrari does track days properly. Last weekend it booked out Silverstone – all of it – for its annual Passione Ferrari event, which sees owners and VIPs from all over gather their cars together for a bit of track-based tomfoolery. And these are the best pics from that weekend, featuring such cars as the FXX K, 599XX, F12tdF and many others.

The static exhibits are worth a mention, too. The Donnington Collection’s 312T (in which Clay Regazzoni won the Italian Grand Prix at Monza in 1975 and the USA Grand Prix at Long Beach in 1976) and 312 T5 (driven by Jody Scheckter and Gilles Villeneuve in the 1980 F1 season) were joined by Mansell’s old 614/2, and a 1967 Dino F2 car.
