What do you make of Carlex Design’s modified Ferrari Purosangue?
This might just be our first look at a modified Purosangue. So, what do we think?
Got a Ferrari Purosangue on order? Not happy with the spec you decided on? Not to worry – Polish tuner Carlex Design has already unveiled its plans to modify the FUV.
And if those massive 23-inch wheels and the custom green and silver paintjob don’t annoy the folk in Maranello, the fact that Carlex refers to the Purosangue as “the highly anticipated Ferrari Purosangue SUV” certainly will. Remember, it’s definitely not an SUV…
Anyway, the modified SUV isn’t limited to just those exterior enhancements. Inside you’ll find lots of green and white perforated leather, as well as a green Alcantara dashboard and some rather dramatic leather lacing on the seats and door panels.
Carlex isn’t really in the business of mechanical modifications, so the Purosangue’s 6.5-litre V12 still kicks out 715bhp. Plenty, in other words.
The changes won’t come cheap though, each one is apparently hand painted at a cost of £14,300, while the interior is a £30,000+ conversion job and the wheels are over £10,000 per set. Ouch.
Although, if you’ve already dropped £313,120 on a bog standard Purosangue, it’s likely that sort of cash won’t phase you at all…
