Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It’s Mansory’s widebody flying car…

Can someone check on Mansory? We think they might be having the mother of all existential crises over there in Germany. You see, instead of just adding obscene amounts of carbon fibre to yet another supercar, its employees have been working on a sick bodykit for… a flying car.

Yeah, we don’t really know what’s going on with these renders either (well, we assume they’re renders), but perhaps Mansory just wants to be ready for whatever the future holds.

“The car of the future – and therefore also refined vehicles from Mansory – will change in many respects,” reads the tuner’s latest press release.

“But what will it look like in the future? How will it be powered and how will it travel? What will be fundamentally new?

“No one can say for sure at the moment – but one thing is already certain: there will always be cars and the desire for customised refinement from a renowned manufacturer.”

Riiiiight…

So, maybe don’t expect to see this carbon creation coming to our roads (or skies) any time soon. But that doesn’t mean that Mansory’s business is drying up. Quite the opposite in fact, and it isn’t just planning for the distant future – we’re told that 2024 will bring three ‘complete conversions’ based on the Rolls-Royce Spectre, the Lamborghini Revuelto and the Ferrari Purosangue. We can hear those Modenese lawyers readying their cease-and-desist letters as we type.
