Every Tesla Model 3 should have this bolt-on body kit

Vorsteiner has given the baby Tesla some attitude

Published: 28 Jun 2019

The Tesla Model 3 is a remarkable EV. In fact, it’s a remarkable car full-stop. When we put the 444bhp Performance version up against the BMW M3 on track, it was the Tesla that came out on top.

Though, the 3's looks hardly match its huge ability. TG telly's Chris Harris described it as “an AK-47 disguised as a butter knife”.

Luckily, fellow Californian company Vorsteiner will rectify this with, well, all of the carbon fibre.

What do you think of their efforts? It’s certainly bold. Anything with a diffuser that big deserves some respect. And it’s certainly not boring.

All of the carbon parts are bolt-on, and the kit includes a spoiler, front splitter and side skirts to match that rear diffuser. Essentially the Model 3 has been given the old school Need for Speed treatment.

To match the styling changes, Vorsteiner has also fitted some striking 21-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres. Lovely job. Don’t expect any mechanical alterations though – the looks are your lot.

So, Internet, what do you think? Has Vorsteiner managed to improve on Elon’s original?
