The next GT3 RS has a BIG wing
Parking a yet-to-be-released supercar shorn of any disguise in a public multi-storey is catnip to spy photographers, and sure enough, the new 911 GT3 RS saw itself plastered over the internet this week as a result of Porsche's choice of parking spot.
The cynical will suggest that, like the rich and famous tanning themselves on public beaches, the whole thing as an elaborate rouse to get papped anyway.
We don't care. All we care is that the latest Rennsport has a fantastically ginormous spoiler and some unsubtle cooling vents over the front wheel arches. Rumours of 500bhp and a 7m10s Nürburgring lap only whets our appetites more...Advertisement - Page continues belowSomeone's made a DeLorean monster truck (And hovercraft. And limo...)
Did you spend your Christmas break watching Back to the Future and subsequently dreaming of owning a DeLorean? We'll wager that dream didn't involve FIVE DeLoreans. Five DeLoreans that include a monster truck, a hovercraft, a roadster and a limo, compete with three sets of gullwing doors. But then you're not Rich Weissensel.
"Crazy?" he says. "Absolutely, I would say I'm without a doubt DeLorean crazy." We're not about to argue. The Mercedes Actros has a rather large payload
It's all very well reading an impressive payload figure for a big lorry, but it's another thing altogether to see it in action. Step forward the Mercedes-Benz Actros, here carring a 250-ton dumper truck of epic proportions.
It's hardly the world's tightest corner it's been photographed emerging from, but we imagine it was a fairly involved experience making it round nonetheless. Hats off to the driver...

Good news! UK car sales remain strong, according to industry experts SMMT. December 2014 was the 34th consecutive month of growth, while the year as a whole represented a ten-year high for car buying.
The winners? The Ford Fiesta sold over 131,000 units, equating to one every four minutes. At the other end of the scale, with 11 sales in 2014, Proton couldn't even manage a car per month. How do its dealers keep themselves amused all day?Not all M4 drivers can actually drive
The new BMW M4 is a flighty little thing, we'll give it that. Over 400lb ft of turbocharged torque being sent to the rear wheels is always going to keep you busy if you're making progress on across some twisty tarmac.
What's astonishing about the clip here, though, is that Mr M4 Driver doesn't appear to be going hell-for-leather. Nor is the road twisty. In any way whatsoever. It's fair to say some deactivated stability control and a desire to show off took priority way above getting home without a red face...The ace BMW i8 key is real!
Better BMW news comes from the company itself. Nestled among its autonomous driving and gesture control tech, debuted at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week, was confirmation that its contender for ‘best key ever' is actually making production.
Possessor of its own 2.2in LCD touchscreen, it can tell you how well charged your i8 is, a weather forecast, and a heap more. Best of all, though, it looks brilliant. It will be an option on i8s from later in 2015.Alfa's made a saucy 4C advert
The Fiat group has a bit of a reputation for near-the-knuckle ads in the US, and this commercial for the 4C is no different. It's not quite as suggestive as some Abarth clips from the past, but it still ought to come with a ‘PG' rating...

If you're still saving your pennies after first seeing Jeremy blast through Europe in a Bugatti Veyron and deciding you require one, then here's hoping that, nearly a decade later, you're nearly at the million pound mark. Why? Because just eight of the 250mph-plus supercars remain in stock.
If that sends you into panic because your kitty's not quite big enough, then some solace may come from Bugatti itself. For once the final Veyron rolls off the production line, its Molsheim factory will be refitted... to make a new supercar that's even faster. Obviously.Porsche has issued a tiny two-car recall
It's not quite the one-car recall issued by Koenigsegg last year, but it's close: Porsche has called back two US model Cayennes. Why? Because their suspension may be slightly out of alignment owing to components not being tightened ‘with the specified torque'. If you're one of the two owners in question, we wouldn't panic...

Corvette's engine-building scheme is back. In brief, it allows buyers of the bonkers new Z06 - TG's Muscle Car of the Year, no less - to head to the factory and put together the 6.2-litre supercharged V8 that will grenade their own rear tyres.
Logic suggests that building parts of your own car should cut down on labour costs, but instead, self-building your engine is a $5000 optional extra, owing to the fact you spend a full day in the Performance Build Center with a dedicated technician keeping a very watchful eye to ensure you don't constantly allocate tool duties to a hammer.
