Audi releases its new RS5 coupe
As the Geneva Motor Show approaches the new cars keep on coming, and this is the new Audi RS5 - a quicker, softly resculpted version of the 2010 RS5.
The 0-62mph dash has been whittled down to 4.5 seconds (preciously 4.6 seconds), MPG's improved from 26.2 to 26.9, and CO2 emissions have been pared down from 252g/km 246g/km.
Juicy.
Outside, you get a marginally different grille, rerouted LED lights and an almost-indistinguishable new bumper.
Inside, there's a bit more kit offered as standard - DVD navigation, Bluetooth, cruise control and an iPod connection.
It keeps the Lambo-derived 444bhp 4.2-litre V8, seven-speed S tronic ‘box and quattro four-wheel drive system as standard. And, indeed, the heavyweight price tag - you'll need £58,725 to get your hands on one.
It goes on sale in April. The last RS5 wasn't a huge favourite in the Top Gear office, it has to be said, but that didn't stop Jeremy driving one very quickly against an M3...
