Video: the new Porsches you can drive in Forza 6

Xbox One expansion pack adds 911s and last year’s Le Mans winner

Published: 02 Mar 2016

Attention gamers: following last year’s breakthrough with Porsche’s legal division which led to ten models being made available on Forza Horizon 2, a brand new expansion pack containing more than 20 “legendary” cars from the German manufacturer has been created for Forza Motorsport 6.

Released yesterday, the upgrade will bolster your garage with a variety of exquisite-looking Porsches from decades gone by, including a 550A Spyder from 1955, a 944 Turbo from the end of the eighties, right up to the #19 Porsche Team 919 Hybrid that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans last year.

The complete vehicle line-up – which is pictured in the gallery above – can be read in full, glorious detail here.

The pack also includes the ‘Porsche Anthology’ Campaign which takes players through “60 years of innovation and performance”, brought to life by the voices of racing heroes such as Hurley Haywood, Derek Bell and current works driver Patrick Long.

And as many of you will already know, Forza 6 features our test track, so what better place to experience all that Porsche’s racing history has to offer?

An epic race against the Stig’s Digital Cousin awaits...
