The Genesis G70 Shooting Brake will debut at Goodwood

As you may have heard, this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed will go ahead, between 8-11 July with a full capacity crowd. Hurrah! The extension of Covid-19 restrictions had put the festival in doubt, but it will now run as a Government pilot event.

You may have also heard that Genesis recently designed its first model specifically for Europe – the gloriously swoopy G70 Shooting Brake. 

Put two and two together and what do you get? Yep, an official unveiling of the production G70 SB at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. We can’t wait to have a proper look. 

Genesis will be bringing its entire range to the West Sussex show, along with the particularly lovely all-electric X Concept. Oh, and it has also confirmed that an ‘electrified’ G80 saloon will be arriving soon – whether that means fully electric or plug-in hybrid remains to be seen…
