The Ford Mustang Mach-E ‘Bronze Appearance’ will be the quickest ever Mach-E

Ford adds yet more speed and more bronze to its electric crossover

Published: 22 Jan 2024

The new Ford Mustang Mach-E Bronze Appearance will be the most bronzed Ford Mustang Mach-E when it launches later this year. This is on account of its new design pack that adds – that’s right! – bronze.

The new Ford Mustang Mach-E Bronze Appearance will also be the fastest accelerating Ford Mustang Mach-E when it launches later this year, on account of an as yet unspecified optional performance upgrade.

Ford’s being coy on the latter, only offering that the new performance pack will deliver “the quickest 0-60 time of any production Mustang Mach-E ever”. Consider that the current Mach-E GT with its 480bhp e-drivetrain can do 0-62 in 3.7s. More details will be divulged at a later date.

In the meantime, Ford has divulged details on its session at the tanning salon. The new Mach-E BA features 20in bronze-painted aluminium wheels, bronzed badges, a bronze mesh grille, and the option of three colours – black, white or the lovely green pictured here. All it’s missing is a low-cut t-shirt and nuclear white teeth.

Other mechanical upgrades to the GT line include standard-fit MagneRide damping, 385mm Brembo front brakes with red calipers, and a set of fancy Ford Performance 10-way adjustable seats.

US prices will start at $60,990.
