Annual 'Family Day' results in 'Segg staff showing off their daily drivers

  • A message posted to Koenigsegg's Facebook page is all the brief you'll need.

"For those who might be curious as to what staff at Koenigsegg drive: We recently had a Family Day for staff to bring their loved ones along and see the factory. As part of this, we had a little car show out front of the building. Here's a small selection of some of the cars our people drive..."

  • Lots of Swedish love for the honourable dorifto Nissan 200SX.

  • Yeah, a 'Stang. In Sweden.

  • Proper muscle car stuff.

  • A closer look at that Camaro SS. Lovely, isn't it?

  • Here's a fun Koenigsegg fact: the company's chief test driver, Robert Serwanksi, responsible for setting hot laps around legendary circuits such as Suzuka and Spa in the 1340bhp One:1, just loves Mazda MX-5s.

  • Apparently this little Tesla Roadster was owned by the company but sold off to one of its employees.

  • ...just like you'll find in this stanced 1M Coupe.

  • Even Renault's rather lovely Laguna Coupe makes an appearance.

  • Clean, isn't it? This stock E30 316i was bought because it's, well, really quite clean and rust free. Perfect for the owner to do a 'big-engine rebuild'. Well, they do work at Koenigsegg, don't they?

  • Here's something a bit special: a classic Opel Kadett... with a tuned 2.0-litre 16v 'red-top' engine from a Vauxhall (Opel) Calibra. Hands up who remembers the Calibra?

  • Here's the Kadett's engine close up. Back in its day, this 2.0-litre four-pot was highly revered. This one's making 285bhp, and is matched up to a BMW gearbox.

  • Last one on the Kadett, and of utmost importance: LOOK AT THAT EXCELLENT INTERIOR CARPET. TopGear.com salutes you, brave Koenigsegg employee. Dare to dream.

  • It wouldn't be a Koenigsegg show without some Koenigseggs, would it? Check out the hardy MX-5 nestled in between.

  • Eclectic car park, you'll agree.

  • Remember, this is but a small selection of their daily drivers.

  • We end on the M3 facing off against US muscle. Which would you favour?
