This is Kia's big, posh SUV concept

The information is short, so we'll be brief. Kia has announced that it will showcase a big, posh new SUV at next week's Detroit Motor Show. That's it in the picture above.

The as-yet unnamed Detroit concept was designed by the company's Californian design studio, and is said to offer "an abundance of advanced technology". One such marvel is 'health and wellness technology'. Something a bit like Jaguar's heart monitoring, perhaps?

But, the design language is said to be "bold", taking Kia in a new direction and dipping a toe into the waters of a potential future "premium large SUV" in the line-up.
