Gallery: Beauty galore on Ferrari's Cavalcade Classiche

Missed out on last year’s tour of Ferrari royalty around Italy in the hoity-toity Cavalcade Classiche? Well, we've got bad news. You’ve just missed this year’s as well. 

More than 70 classic Ferraris gathered in Sardinia for the event's second running, which is only open to the hardest cored of bygone Ferrari model owners. Embarking on the pilgrimage of metal, the convoy included the 500 TRC, 340 America, 250 Europa and 750 Monza. And a sizeable insurance premium, one suspects.

The 800km drive across northern Sardinia ended with a parade and presentation of all the machines to the public of Maddalena. Lucky sorts.
