Photo of the day: Ford Mustang in Times Square

Ford has today announced the Mustang is almost in the UK. We’ve known for some time that right-hand-drive cars were finally coming, of course, but now, nigh on 2,000 orders later, they’re here. Nearly.

Buying habits have been divulged, too. Most of our Mustangs are Fastback coupes, while the majority of customers have also chosen to have a V8 engine (good) and a manual gearbox (also good).

Combine all three elements and you end up with something we’re very familiar with, having driven a ‘Stang thus specced through (nearly) every state of the US, a trip you can read about here.

Here’s that very car looking fresh faced, early on in the trip, as it attracted some unwanted attention in New York’s Times Square.
