The Audi e-tron GT is Top Gear’s best GT of the year

Employ the world’s best chefs to produce a meal for you with the finest, freshest ingredients, and short of the oven exploding halfway through, you’re in for a tasty treat.

And so, the least surprising thing to happen in the last 12 months was the Audi e-tron GT – based on the same platform and using the same powertrain tech as the Porsche Taycan – being brilliant.

A little more laid-back than the Porsche and, let’s face it, better looking, it’s the kind of car you could cross Europe in – stopping only for teas, wees and electricities. Not just the best electric Audi, but one of the best fast Audis ever, full stop.
