Watch: heartbreaking moment Lando Norris’ F40 spins into a metal barrier

Though he wasn't the one driving

Published: 21 Jan 2025

Last weekend, footage emerged of a red Ferrari F40 losing control on a road near Monaco, and it’s the one reportedly owned by British Formula One star Lando Norris

He wasn’t the driver at the time of the incident, and thankfully, the person who was behind the wheel seems to have walked away unscathed.

The footage shows the driver losing control of the rare, V8-engined supercar and spinning into a metal barrier. Moments later the video shows the driver moving the F40 into a parallel lay-by, showing damage to the left side of the rear bumper.

Ferrari built a little over 1,300 F40s, the last of which rolled off the production line 32 years ago. Finding a replacement bumper might be a bit tricky.
