Obama presidential limo news - The number of The Beast… - 2009

With President Obama visiting the UK for the G20 summit today, many column inches have been devoted to security, logistics and exactly how long it will be before Gordon Brown says, "So, Barack, how about a job swap for a few weeks? No?"
 
Here at Top Gear, however, our concerns were far more pressing: how the hell were they going to manage to manoeuvre The Beast - Obama's mahoosive presidential limo - around Downing St?

Good work, chaps. Especially the frantically gesticulating fellow who almost tripped himself up. Though we do wonder why they even bother attempting to avoid pavements (sorry, kerbs), walls and so forth. What's going to come out worse in a head-on impact between shoddy British masonry and a ten-tonne lump of Kevlar and armour plating?
